What you can expect from us, and what we expect when you place an order.

Who we are

Bellagio is a unisex clothing shop based in Saida, Lebanon. Online-only — no physical storefront. Contact: WhatsApp +961 76 006 437 or info@bellagio-lb.com.

Products

  • We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may shift slightly across screens.
  • Sizes follow our internal size guide — when in doubt, message us before ordering.
  • Stock updates in real time. If an item sells out during checkout, we'll notify you within 24 hours and refund any payment.

Pricing and payment

  • All prices in US dollars (USD), inclusive of applicable VAT.
  • Payment is currently Cash on Delivery only — pay the courier in cash on arrival.
  • Card and online payments are on our roadmap; we'll update these terms when they go live.

Shipping

  • We ship across Lebanon. Typical delivery: 24–72 hours from order confirmation.
  • Free delivery on orders over $50. A small fee applies below that, calculated at checkout.
  • We do not currently ship outside Lebanon.

Returns and refunds

  • 14 days from delivery to return any item — no questions asked.
  • Items must be unworn, with original tags, in resaleable condition.
  • Message us on WhatsApp to start a return — we'll arrange courier pickup.
  • Refunds within 5 working days of us receiving the item back.

Cancellations

Cancel any order before it ships by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once it's with the courier, treat it as a return — accept delivery, then use the 14-day return policy.

Liability

We're responsible for the goods reaching you in good condition and as described. We're not responsible for indirect losses (e.g. missing an event because a delivery took 72 hours instead of 24). Our maximum liability for any order is the value of that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Material changes (e.g. new payment method, different shipping policy) are noted to customers via WhatsApp or the next order confirmation.
